Box Score COLUMBIA, Ky. – Moving the matchups up a day because of bad weather in the forecast, the No. 16 William Woods University men's tennis team was defeated by No. 4 Lindsey Wilson College, 5-4. After starting the match at 6 p.m. ET, the winning point was clichéd at 1 a.m. ET.
 
Lindsey Wilson came out swinging as they scored the first point of the match by taking No. 1 doubles, but the Owls rebounded as No 3 doubles of David Barbieri and Marcos Vinicius Prates Constantino got the Owls first point and Christopher Vleeming Ortiz and Christian Barbieri put the Owls ahead 2-1 after doubles. The lead would trade hands multiple times during singles play. Lindsey Wilson would strike first taking No. 2 and No. 1 singles taking a 3-2 lead over the Owls. William Woods answered right back as they tied the match at 3-3 when Johnnie Carmichael took No. 3 singles. WWU took the lead 4-3 later when Oscar Barreiro took No. 4 singles. However, the 4-3 lead would be the last as the Blue Raiders came back and took No. 5 and No. 6 singles to clinch the match. Single results are found below:
