Box Score MARSHALL, Mo. – The No. 8 William Woods University men's tennis team won its fourth straight match on Tuesday afternoon with a 9-0 victory over Missouri Valley College in Marshall, Missouri.
 
WWU returns to action on Thursday, April 20th when they travel to St. Louis, Missouri to face Missouri Baptist University. Thursday's match will be the last regular season match for the Owls. WWU opens up its American Midwest/Heart of America Unaffiliated Tournament on April 28th.
 
The Owls came out firing in doubles as WWU came out and did not drop a set. Christian Barbieri and Christopher Vleeming Ortiz won the first point in No. 3 doubles. WWU won No. 2 doubles, 8-4, as Oscar Barreiro and Johnnie Carmichael won. David Barbieri and Stefan Simic won in No. 1 doubles, 8-5, going up 3-0. Full doubles results below:

The Owls continued to dominate in singles action as they did not drop a set. WWUs Christopher Vleeming Ortiz won No. 3 singles, 6-1, 6-1, putting the Owls ahead, 4-0. William Woods clinched the match in No. 1 singles when Christian Barbieri won, 6-3, 6-2.
