GILBERT, Ariz. - William Woods University's men's and women's tennis teams earned 2025 ITA All-Academic Team honors, and the Owls totaled 12 men's and 10 women's ITA Scholar-Athletes, announced the association Thursday.

To be named an ITA Scholar-Athlete, one must meet the following requirements:

• Have a grade point average of at least 3.5 (on a 4.00 scale) for the current academic year
• Be listed on the institutional eligibility form

To be named an ITA All-Academic Team, programs must meet the following requirements:

• Have a team grade point average of 3.2 or above (on a 4.00 scale),
• All student-athletes included should be listed on the institutional eligibility form, and
• All varsity letter winners should be factored into the cumulative team GPA for the current academic year

Meeting these standards for William Woods were the following award winners:

Men's Tennis (12): Noah Burton, Thomas Guekemeijer, Phillip Lucas, Leo Haoulati, Robbie Schorr, Lars Ankerman, Tavis Wright, Manuel Aranguren, Patrick Bernius, Sam de Vries, Marius Humig and Asher Stevens.

Women's Tennis (10): Allison Kowalke, Elin Fornstedt, Chloe Hecker, Manon Grasset, Sophia Hausner, Hanna Lindeboom, Charlotte Ready, Kristina Dimitrijevic, Zara Littlejohn and Samya Sikand.
