The William Woods University men's soccer team returns to action on Saturday as they host American Midwest Conference rival Missouri Baptist University. Saturday will be Senior Day at Firley Field as the Owls will recognize and honor the career of four players before the game. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m.
Matchup
The Owls come into Saturday's tilt in fourth place in the AMC at 3-2-0, a half game above Benedictine University at Springfield. Overall, WWU is 9-6-0 on the year. Missouri Baptist is in seventh in the AMC with a 1-4-0 record and is 3-11-0 overall on the year.
Last Time Out
Last Saturday the Owls took an early 1-0 lead at Hannibal-LaGrange, but could not hold on, falling 3-1.

Sebastian Burich goal in the 20th minute gave the Owls the early 1-0 advantage. HLG would equalize exactly three minutes later, and scored the go-ahead-goal in the 44th minute to give them a 2-1 lead at half.
The Trojans would add an insurance goal in the 59th.
Returning To Action
William Woods returns to action for the first time since Oct. 13, when they traveled to Hannibal-LaGrange. The seven-day break is the longest stretch of off days for WWU all season.
