OVERLAND PARK, Kan.- Matthew Dworak of William Woods is the final Heart of America Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week. Dworak anchored the Owls defense in a 2-1 win over No. 2 MidAmerica Nazarene, sending away nine shots. He also made two saves in the 0-0 draw against Benedictine to earn a spot in the Heart Conference Tournament.

This is Dworak's second Heart Defensive Player of the Week Award. He was accompanied this week by Offensive Player of the Week Matias Meijide of William Penn University.
