Coaches Corner
“We played them last year to a 2-1 victory. It was a very tight game and a very good team. I think the same thing will happen again this year. We did not dominate the game last year, there were a lot of 50/50 positions and I think it could be the same way this year. We are playing on turf and that speeds up the game tactically, and I think it will be a tough non-conference game for us. We need to go into the game thinking about a shutout. The more and more we think about shutouts the better our team will get. Our team knows they are playing a good team. With this being a non-conference game, I think we will sub a little more than we are used to because we have a couple of guys banged up, so it will give us an opportunity to heal those guys while giving us an opportunity to prepare for our next conference game against Columbia College.”
