“It's always tough to play on the road,” said head coach Nathan Mason. “No matter if you have success or not. We've done a great job by winning on the road and I expect us to continue to play well at home against some good competition.”

Juniors Joao Paulo Parra and Marcelo Carreiro are both in a tie for fifth in the NAIA in game-winning goals with three.

A Look At Ottawa University
The Braves will look to snap their two-game losing streak on Saturday. The two losses have evened up their record at 4-4. The Braves have been shutout in all four losses this season.

The Ottawa attack is led in goals by Kyler Grimes-Hopkins. He has collected three goals on the year, while Joe Fitch and Paul Oswald have scored two goals apiece.

These two teams squared off last season on Sept. 18, with the Braves winning 3-1 at Ottawa University.

Coaches Corner
“Ottawa and (William Woods) have a kind of an out-of-state rivalry. Their coach and I are very good friends and the programs are very similar. They bring a lot of athleticism, organization, and physicality to the field. There also a very technically sound team that has played a tough schedule. I expect it to be a grinder game, and by that I mean a physical high pressure game.”
