FULTON, Mo. - The William Woods University Women's Basketball team gears up to host their first home game of the 2016-17 season when they play against Graceland University on Thursday, November 10th at Anderson Arena at 6 p.m.

About the Owls
- The Owls enter their first home match with an overall record of 1-2, their solo win over Tabor College, 69-64.
- The Owls are shooting 40.6 percent this season from the floor. Kennedy Volkart, leads the Owls shooting, 52.6 percent from the floor. Kelsey Scherder and - Jasmine Brown following shooting 50 percent from the floor this season.
- Kelsey Scherder leads the Owls in three pointers in the season with six, and 10 defensive rebounds, giving her a total of 13 rebounds on the season
- Jasmine Brown leads the Owls in rebounds with 25, nine offensive and 16 defensive rebounds in the season

About the Yellow Jackets
- The Yellow Jackets enter the match with just one loss on the season, against Mid-American Christian University, in its only game of the 2016-17 season
- The Yellow Jackets have played exhibition matches against NCAA Division I and Division II teams. On November 2 Graceland lost to Northwest Missouri State, 92-45, and on November 6, Graceland lost to Nebraska-Omaha, 109-59
- Sydney Vaughn leads the Yellow Jackets in points per game averaging 34 points. Vaughn also leads the team in rebounds with an average of 16
- Vaughn also leads the team in steals with four on the season
- In its lone contest, the Yellow Jackets shot 33 percent from behind the arch, making 12 three-pointers
