Box Score BELLVILLE, Ill. – The No. 7 William Woods University women's tennis team did not drop a match on Wednesday afternoon as they came away with a 9-0 victory over Lindenwood University – Belleville.
 
William Woods returns to action on Thursday, April 13th when they travel to St. Louis, Missouri to face NCAA Division 1 St. Louis University.
 
WWU claimed No. 3 doubles by default as the Lynx did not have players for a third doubles team. WWUs team of Abigail Lemberger and Alba Salinas won No. 2 doubles 8-0. The Owls also took No. 1 doubles as Felicia Cesar and Paige Smith won 8-4. Full double results listed below:

After taking all three points in doubles, the Owls clinched the match in No. 5 and 6 singles as the Lynx had no players. Karyna Sagalai in No. 1 singles as her opponent retired in the first set. Alba Salinas, No. 2 singles and Anna Braack, No. 4 singles, won in straight sets, 6-0, 6-0. Finishing off the day was Felicia Cesar in No. 3 singles with a 6-1, 6-2 victory.
