Box Score FULTON, Mo. – The William Woods University women's tennis team got back in the win column on Saturday afternoon as they defeated Baker University, 5-1, on Saturday afternoon at the Suzanne Neal Memorial Tennis Complex.
 
WWU came out and took No. 2 doubles by Zlata Shuraeva and Chelsea Stewart won 8-3. After the match got tied at 1-1 after Baker took No. 1 doubles. WWU took a 2-1 lead after Alba Salinas and Karyna Sagalai won 8-1 in No. 3 doubles. Full double results below:

The Owls did not drop another match on the day as Salinas put the Owls ahead 3-1 after winning No. 3 singles, 6-0, 6-1. WWU took the lead 4-1 after Zlata Shuraeva won 6-1, 7-5, in No. 1 singles. WWU clinched the match when Chelsea Steward won No. 4 singles, 6-2, 6-3. Full single results listed below:
