The College Sports Communicators (formerly CoSIDA) announced the 2022 Volleyball Academic All-District award winners Tuesday afternoon, and the William Woods University volleyball team had three,
Lauren Adams,
Kassidy Phillips, and
Tori Rosemann, earn the distinct honor.

To be nominated for the All-District Team, a student-athlete must have completed one full calendar year at the institution, be a starter or important reserve and hold at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average at his/her current institution.

Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced in early December.
Tori Rosemann was named the AMC Defender of the Year and All-AMC First Team. She played in all 32 matches as the libero and led the conference and team with 580 digs. She averaged 5.18 digs per set while also recording 57 assists and 11 aces. Off the court, she is getting her Masters of Education in Athletic/Activities Administration.

Lauren Adams was named to the All-AMC First Team. She started in 31 of her 32 matches played and led the team with 123 blocks. She finished with 104 block assists and 19 solo blocks while recording 213 kills. She led the team with 260 points. Off the court, she is getting her Bachelor's in biology-pre-veterinary.

Kassidy Phillips was named to the All-AMC Second Team. She started in all 32 games and led the Owls with 213 kills and 260 points. She also led the team with 29 service aces. Off the court, she is getting her Bachelor's in Accounting and Business Administration.
