COLUMBIA, Mo. – The American Midwest Conference announced a change in the AMC Softball Championship's location for Thursday due to poor field conditions and the inclement weather coming in. The site is moving to Battle High School with one turf field. With that, the schedule has been altered to fit a one field schedule. 

The Owls will now play Missouri Baptist at 1 p.m. If the Owls win, they will move to the championship game on Friday. If they lose, they will have to turn around and face MBU in an elimination game at 5 p.m. (the elimination game will be played at 3 p.m. if Columbia vs. Hannibal-LaGrange does not need their "if necessary" game).
