WARRENSBURG, Mo. – Landon Dunlap rebroke the WWU 1500-meter run record, and the Owls set 15 new PRs at the Mule Relays hosted by University of Central Missouri Friday.
 
 

Mid-Distance

• Landon Dunlap re-broke the WWU record in the 1500-meter run, finishing just shy of the NAIA "B" Standard with a 3:55.29 time. The time grabbed him a fourth-place finish. He also placed fourth in the 800m run with a 1:54.19 time.
• Ian Schwierjohn placed 12^th in the 1500m run with a 4:04.19 time.

 
 
Hurdles

• Riley Solan placed fifth in the 400m hurdles with a 58.23 time. He placed 13^th in the 110m hurdles with a 16.78 time.
• Rodney Cherilus placed 14^th in the 110m hurdles (17.08) and 15^th in the 400m hurdles (1:01.86).

 
 
Relays

• The 4x100-meter relay team, comprised of Charles Pickens, Rodney Cherilus, Jacob Polacek, Isaiah Buse, placed eighth with a 44.33 time.

 
 
Jumps

• Jacob Polacek placed 13^th in the high jump with a 1.66m jump.
• Tyler Winslett came in 15^th in the high jump, setting a new PR with his 1.56m jump.

 
 
 

The Owls will compete in one more meet before the AMC Championships. They will take a small group of athletes to the Wildcat Open on Saturday, April 22.
