Box Score ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The (#23) William Woods University women's tennis team swept Missouri Baptist in the semifinal round of the Unaffiliated Grouping Tournament Wednesday. The team received a bye in the quarterfinal round.
 
 

The Owls will face Texas Wesleyan for the 2023 championship on Thursday, April 20, at 10 a.m. The winner earns an automatic bid to the NAIA Women's Tennis National Championship in Mobile, Ala. on May 16-20.
 

• Zara Littlejohn and Hannah Meyer finished first, grabbing a 6-3 win in the three doubles.
• Hanna Lindeboom and Marta Calvo Larraz clinched the doubles point as they won 6-3 in the one.
• Zara Littlejohn swept her opponent in the six, 6-0, 6-0.
• Hanna Lindeboom won 6-1, 6-0 in the one to put the Owls up 3-0.
• Eline Drent clinched the win with a 6-0, 6-4 win in the four.
