SEDALIA, Mo. – The William Woods University shotgun team delivered a standout performance at the State Fair Invitational Shoot, earning both the High Overall (HOA) Male title and the HOA Team award.

Sophomore Landon Schachtele led the Owls with a 96/100 to secure the individual HOA Male championship. He was joined in the team victory by sophomore Hayden Wooldridge (95/100), senior Hunter Czarnecki-Ball (94/100), and freshman Kaleb Ingram (94/100), as the group combined to claim the top overall team score.

William Woods will continue its fall schedule at the Drury Classic Shoot on September 12th.
