Zara Littlejohn and
Samya Sikand breezed to a 6-0 victory over MVC's Keila Liebenberg and Laura Moreno at the three slot and
Kristina Dimitrijevic and
Sophia Hausner prevailed 6-1 over the visitor's Queralt Carbo and Deborah Mhizha at the two spot.Â
In singles, William Woods swept the six matchups in 1 hour and 23 minutes: The Owls' Sikand beat Mhizha 6-0, 6-1 at the four, Dimitrijevic took a 6-2, 6-1 decision over Maluleke at the three, Simon Sanchez won 6-1, 6-3 over Carbo at the two, Lindeboom, ranked 13th in the latest ITA NAIA women's tennis singles rankings, defeated Martinez 6-3, 6-1 at the one, Hausner earned a 6-2, 6-0 victory over MVC's Tristan Liebenberg at the five and WWU's
Chloe Hecker beat Moreno 6-4, 6-0 at the six.
The Owls are back in action when they host NCAA Division II Maryville University (4-4) at 11 a.m. Friday.
