Baseball Hosts Central Methodist Wednesday

FULTON, Mo. —The William Woods University baseball team returns to Owl Field to host Central Methodist University for a single nine-inning game on Wednesday March 15th. First pitch is set for 4 p.m.

About the Owls
- The Owls are 9-14 overall with an AMC record of 5-4 recently defeating Missouri Baptist 2-1 in their three game series
- William Woods enters the contest winning four of its last six games
- The Owls pitching staff is ranked 23rd in the nation in total batters struck out, and second in the AMC collecting 179 strikeouts. Ryan Phillips collecting 43 of those casualties, averaging 9.92 strikeouts per game. Chase Feucht follows closely behind, collecting 41 strikeouts
