FULTON, Mo. – The William Woods University baseball closes out their regular season as they host Lindenwood University-Belleville on Thursday, April 27 for an AMC doubleheader at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. and a single nine-inning game on Friday starting at 1 p.m. It is also senior day for the Owls as the Owls seniors will be honored prior to the game on Friday.

- WWU enters the contest against the Lynx after defeating Culver-Stockton College, 13-11, on Tuesday afternoon

- Lindenwood-Bellleville played two midweek games this week, Tuesday they defeated Lindenwood, 8-3, and played Oakland City on Wednesday.
- Dylan Skinner leads the offense in batting average with a .379 with 64 hits. In AMC play, Skinner has collected eight doubles, one triple, seven home runs, and 31 RBIs
- Not only does Skinner lead the team in hits and batting average, Skinner has driving in a team-high 46 runs on the season
- The Lynx are currently ranked second in runners caught stealing, as they have been caught stealing 43 times on the season
- The Lynx are also ranked third in stolen bases with 150, with Chuck Terron holding 38 of those
- As a pitching staff, the Lynx have an ERA of 5.59. Jonathan Steiner leads with a 3.65 ERA with 49 strikeouts
