Game 1
Both teams got off to a slow start in the earlier innings. It wasn't until the top of the second inning that Lindenwood-Belleville put runs on the board. Drew Guido and Hunter Draffen both scored on a Darius Ford ball in center field to put them ahead 2-0.

A few pitches later, Ford and Andre Roberts both scored on an Austin Fleming double that went to deep right field. Ahead 4-0, Fleming was able to find home plate himself when Beau Collier singled to center field. Moments later, Collier reached home as well to give Lindenwood-Belleville an early 6-0 lead.

After falling behind, WWU finally got things going on a Tyler Bracht run, but he would be the only scorer for Owls in the contest.

In the top of the fifth inning, Austin Bargen scored the seventh run for the Lynx on a Austin Fleming single.

Lindenwood-Belleville scored their final run in top of seventh when Fleming found home plate on a WWU error.

The Owls would not score in the bottom of the seventh, and Lindenwood-Belleville went on to win 8-1.

Game 2
Lindenwood-Belleville continued their momentum from the first game into game two. In the opening inning, Collier scored the Lynx first run on a Cullen Stockley single and put them up 1-0.

Lindenwood-Belleville went on to score again in the top of the third inning when Andre Roberts was able to find home plate and give LBU a 2-0 lead.

They went on to score in 6th, 7th and 8th innings to shutout the Owls 11-0.
