ROLLA, Mo. – The William Woods University men's track and field team competed at the Miner Invite Saturday afternoon, and
Quentin Webert hit the NAIA "B" Standard in the hammer.
Webert will now head to the NAIA Outdoor Championships in the hammer.

Webert placed third in hammer with a 54.57-meter throw, hitting the NAIA "B" standard.
Daulton Melton placed 10
th with a 38.50-meter throw in hammer.
Isaiah Buse finished eighth in the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.60. He also placed ninth in the 200-meter dash with a 23.96 time.
Competing in the 400-meter hurdles, Zacharay Knopf finished fifth with a time of 1:11.95.
In the 5000-meter run,
Jenson Starr placed eighth with a time of 16:08.52.
Ian Schwierjohn placed ninth with a 16:13.36 time.
In the 4x400 meter relay, the team was comprised of
Rodney Cherilus,
Charles Pickens,
Dustin Russell,
Zachary Knopf. They placed third with a 3:53.00 time.
Competing in the long Jump, finished ninth
Charles Pickens with a 5.97-meter jump.
In the high jump,
Jacob Polacek finished sixth with a 1.70-meter jump
