WARRENSBURG, Mo. – Ellie Dimond, Katie French, Natalie Thomas, and Quentin Webert of the William Woods University track and field team hit NAIA Standards on Friday afternoon at the UCM Mule Relays.
 
Katie French hit NAIA "A" Standard in the shot put and the "B" Standard in the discus, Ellie Dimond hit the NAIA "B" Standard in the 3000 Meter Steeplechase, Natalie Thomas hit the NAIA "B" Standard in the javelin, and Quentin Webert hit the NAIA "A" Standard in the hammer throw.
 
French, Dimond, Thomas, and Webert had already qualified to the NAIA Outdoor National Championships in May earlier this year.

Competing in the 400-meter hurdles, Ellie Dimond finished 13^th with a time of 1:10.03 improving her personal record and moving to third in the WWU Record Book. She also competed in the 3000-meter steeplechase, placing third and hitting the NAIA "B" Standard with a 1:10.03 time.
 
Also competing in the 3000-meter steeplechase, Harley Nale finished in the sixth spot with a time of 11:56.18.
 
French hit the NAIA "A" Standard in the shot put with a 13.70-meter toss that placed her second. In the discus, she hit the NAIA "B" Standard with a 43.44-meter toss that placed her fourth while also hitting a new PR. In the hammer, she also grabbed a new personal record that finished ninth with a 46.62-meter throw moving to fourth in the WWU Record Book.
 
Natalie Thomas finished in seventh place in the javelin with a 39.07-meter throw hitting the NAIA "B" Standard.
 
Quentin Webert finished eighth in the hammer throw with a 56.11-meter throw. He not only improved his personal record but also hit the NAIA "A" Standard while also improving his own mark on Second in the WWU Record Book.
 
In the 1500-meter run, Jackson Conner hit a new PR with a time of 4:03.77 finishing in 15^th. He improved his own time in the fourth spot in the WWU Record Book.
