Barry Doty, is the current Men’s and Women’s Head Golf Coach and has guided the Owls golf programs since 2002.
 
Doty is currently in his 15th year as head coach. He has compiled a long list of awards during his tenure including: 41 All-Americans, 27 Coach of the Year Awards (AMC, Region and Unaffiliated Group), 22 National Championship appearances, 15 Conference/Region Players of the Years, two players named to the All-Nicklaus team and two Phil Mickelson Award Winners and one NAIA Golfstat Cup Winner.

He has guided the men’s or women’s golf team to 11 top 10 finishes at the NAIA National Championships and seven teams to a top five finish at the NAIA National Championships. At the 2015 and 2016 NAIA Women’s Golf National Championship, Doty coached the Owls to a runner-up finish both years. In 2015, the Owls Men’s golf team finished runner-up at the NAIA Men’s Golf National Championships.
